Kurf. Subscription Agreement

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version 1.0

Background: Autonomous Manufacturing Ltd, trading as AMFG, owns and operates Kurf, a CAD plugin and hosted artificial intelligence service for estimating the cost of manufactured parts. The Company makes the plugin and associated calculation services available on a freemium subscription basis subject to this Agreement.

The Company is registered in England and Wales under company number 08486322, with its registered office at AMFG, 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Correspondence concerning this Agreement may be sent to info@amfg.ai.

IT IS AGREED as follows:

1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” means Autonomous Manufacturing Ltd, trading as AMFG. “Client” means the individual or legal entity entering into this Agreement. “Consumer” means a Client who is an individual acting wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.

1.2. “Hosted Services” means the Kurf hosted calculation service and associated account functionality. “Plugin” means the Kurf software installed within or used with the Client’s CAD environment. Together, the Hosted Services and Plugin comprise the “Services”.

1.3. “Account” means the Client’s registered Kurf account. “Authorised User” means a named individual permitted to use the Services through a licensed user seat. “Plan” means the Free or Pro subscription selected by the Client.

1.4. “Order” means the electronic checkout record or separately agreed order identifying the Plan, user seats, Fees and optional services. “Fees” means the subscription fees, additional Token charges and add-on fees payable under Clause 8.

1.5. “Token” means a unit used to meter computing resources consumed by the Services. “Client Data” means information submitted by or on behalf of the Client, including CAD files, engineering designs, geometry, metadata and calculation inputs. “Outputs” means cost estimates and other results generated by the Services.

1.6. “Effective Date” means the date on which the Company confirms acceptance of the Client’s registration or Order following the Client’s acceptance of this Agreement. “Monthly Term” means a subscription period of one calendar month. “Renewal Date” means the date on which the next Monthly Term begins, as shown in the Account or Order.

1.7. “Data Protection Laws” means applicable laws relating to personal data, including the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, Regulation (EU) 2016/679. “Personal Data Processing Agreement” means the annex to this Agreement.

2. The Hosted Services

2.1. The Company shall provide the Services in accordance with the selected Plan and this Agreement, provided that the Client complies with its obligations.

2.2. The Services process CAD file data to generate indicative part cost estimates. The Client acknowledges that Token consumption depends on compute usage, typically influenced by the size and complexity of the CAD file. A Token does not represent a fixed number of parts or calculations.

2.3. The Services may be used for lawful business, professional, educational or personal purposes. The Client shall have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Where a person accepts on behalf of an organisation, that person warrants that they have authority to bind it. Where required by applicable law, a parent or guardian shall enter into this Agreement on behalf of a minor.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The Client shall keep registration, billing and calculation information accurate; maintain the confidentiality of login credentials; and notify the Company promptly of suspected unauthorised access. The Client is responsible for the acts and omissions of Authorised Users acting on its behalf.

3.2. Each user seat shall be used by one named Authorised User. The Client shall not share credentials, circumvent seat or Token limits, create duplicate Free Accounts to obtain additional allowances, or repeatedly reassign seats to reset usage allowances.

3.3. The Client shall not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; interfere with their security or availability; introduce malicious code; or permit unauthorised access. The Client shall not resell, sublicense or make the Services available as a service to third parties without the Company’s written agreement.

3.4. The Client shall obtain the rights and permissions necessary to submit and process Client Data, including designs belonging to employers, customers or other third parties. The Client shall maintain appropriate independent copies of its design files and important Outputs.

4. Term

4.1. This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date. Acceptance shall be recorded electronically during registration or checkout, or through a separately signed Order. The Company shall provide confirmation and a copy of the applicable terms in a form the Client can retain.

4.2. A Free Account shall continue until closed or terminated under Clause 11. A Pro subscription shall continue for an initial Monthly Term and automatically renew for successive Monthly Terms unless cancelled under Clause 11. No annual or multi-year commitment applies.

4.3. The Order shall record the applicable Plan, seat count, recurring Fees, authorised add-ons and Renewal Date. Any separately signed variation shall prevail for its expressly stated subject matter. Otherwise, this Agreement governs the Services, subject to binding pre-contract information and mandatory Consumer rights.

5. Licence and Access

5.1. The Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence during the term of this Agreement to install and use the Plugin and access the Hosted Services within the scope of the selected Plan.

5.2. The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the Services, including the software, algorithms, models and documentation. Except where applicable law provides a non-excludable right, the Client shall not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the Services, or remove proprietary notices.

5.3. The Client shall obtain the underlying CAD software, third-party licences, equipment and connectivity necessary to use the Services. The Company may provide updates for security, compatibility or functionality and shall explain any necessary installation requirements. Mandatory rights concerning functionality, compatibility and updates are unaffected.

5.4. The Company may undertake maintenance and shall give reasonable advance notice of planned material interruption where practicable. Access restrictions arising from security threats, breach or non-payment shall be governed by Clause 11.

6. Technical Support

6.1. The Pro Plan includes email and ticket support. The Free Plan does not include a contractual entitlement to individual technical support.

6.2. Unless separately agreed in writing, support does not include installation or configuration of the Client’s underlying CAD software, hardware or network, or engineering consultancy relating to the Client’s designs. The Company’s obligations under Clause 10 and mandatory Consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Client Data

7.1. The Client retains its rights in Client Data. The Client hereby grants to the Company and its approved subcontractors a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to access, use, copy, store and process Client Data, including engineering and design files, strictly to the extent reasonably required to provide the Services. To ensure the functioning of the Services, this expressly includes the right to convert file formats and to geometrically adapt, edit or modify designs.

7.2. The Client grants the Company the right to use Client Data for research and development purposes. The Company shall ensure that all such use complies with the Company’s applicable industry certifications, applicable legal requirements and guidelines of the Company.

7.3. The permissions in Clauses 7.1 and 7.2 are subject to Clause 12, the Personal Data Processing Agreement and any agreed restrictions on processing locations. They do not permit publication of confidential Client designs, disclosure to other customers, or use of personal data for the Company’s own research, development, testing or model training. The worldwide licence does not itself authorise an international transfer of personal data.

7.4. The Client warrants that the processing of Client Data in accordance with this Agreement will not infringe any third-party rights or breach applicable law. The indemnity in Clause 16 applies to Business Clients only.

7.5. As between the parties, the Client may retain and use Outputs for its own purposes, including commercially and in work for its customers. The Company does not warrant that Outputs are unique or capable of intellectual property protection. Rights in the underlying Services remain with the Company.

7.6. The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to restore Client Data from available backups following a loss affecting the Hosted Services. The Client acknowledges that restoration may replace the then-current data with the backed-up version. This provision does not exclude any statutory obligation or remedy.

8. Fees Billing and Payment

8.1. The Free Plan provides one user seat and 25 included Tokens per month at no subscription charge. Further usage is blocked when the allowance is exhausted until the next reset or an upgrade to Pro.

8.2. The Pro Plan costs US$99 per user per month, with a minimum of three user seats and a minimum subscription charge of US$297 per month. It includes 100 Tokens per user per month. Additional usage is charged at US$1 per Token.

8.3. The optional US GovCloud hosting add-on costs an additional US$100 per covered user per month. The Order shall specify the seats and environment covered by the add-on and the resulting total recurring charge. The hosting provisions in Clause 13 apply.

8.4. All stated Fees are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. The Company shall disclose the total payable, including applicable taxes and selected extras, before the Client commits to payment. Consumer-facing prices shall include taxes where required by law.

8.5. Included Tokens reset monthly on the date shown in the Account. Allowances are allocated per user, are not pooled or transferable, and unused included Tokens do not roll over. Tokens have no cash value. The Company shall explain the applicable compute-metering method and rounding rules before chargeable usage is authorised.

8.6. Additional Token charges require express authorisation by the Client or an authorised administrator. Paid overage shall remain disabled until enabled with an agreed spending limit. Further chargeable processing shall be blocked when the allowance is exhausted without overage enabled, or when the agreed limit is reached. Charges shall not exceed that limit without further authorisation.

8.7. Subscription and recurring hosting Fees shall be collected monthly in advance. Authorised additional Token charges shall be billed monthly in arrears. The Client authorises collection through its selected payment method of the amounts disclosed and agreed under this Agreement.

8.8. Additional seats and hosting changes shall take effect on the date and at the price confirmed by the Client. Any part-month charge shall be disclosed before acceptance. Seat removals and hosting cancellations shall take effect at the end of the current paid Monthly Term. Pro cannot be reduced below three seats; the Client may instead cancel Pro and move to Free.

8.9. The Company shall make usage and billing information available through the Account, investigate reported metering errors and correct inaccurate charges. Tokens or charges consumed by processing which failed because of a fault in the Services shall be credited or refunded. A difference between an estimate and an actual supplier price does not, by itself, establish a metering error.

8.10. Except as provided in Clause 11 or required by law, subscription Fees are not refundable for partial months, unused included Tokens or voluntary non-use. The Company may retry a failed payment and shall give notice and at least seven days to remedy non-payment before suspending paid access.

8.11. The Company may change Fees or metering rules prospectively to reflect changes in costs, taxes or functionality, on at least 30 days’ notice. Changes shall apply no earlier than the first Renewal Date following that notice period. The Client may cancel before the change takes effect. No retrospective change, automatic annual percentage increase or administrative billing surcharge applies.

9. Data Protection

9.1. The Personal Data Processing Agreement governs personal data processed by the Company on behalf of the Client and prevails over conflicting provisions on that subject.

9.2. The Company shall provide a separate privacy notice at registration describing personal data processing for which it acts as controller, including account administration and billing. Acceptance of this Agreement does not constitute consent to marketing or replace any separate consent required by Data Protection Laws.

10. Warranties

10.1. Each party warrants that it has the authority to enter into and perform this Agreement. The Company shall provide the Services with reasonable care and skill, comply with applicable laws governing its performance, and maintain security measures appropriate to the nature of the Services and the risks of processing.

10.2. The Services shall conform in all material respects to the description supplied before the Order. If the Company reasonably considers that the Services infringe third-party intellectual property rights, it may modify or replace the affected functionality without materially reducing the agreed functionality, or terminate the affected paid Services and refund unused prepaid Fees.

10.3. For Clients acting in the course of business (“Business Clients”), warranties not expressly set out in this Agreement are excluded only to the extent permitted by law. Consumers retain all mandatory rights, including rights relating to description, quality, reasonable care and skill, repair, repeat performance, price reduction and refunds.

11. Termination

11.1. The Client may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the Renewal Date through the Account’s billing controls or by notice to info@amfg.ai. Cancellation shall take effect at the end of the current paid Monthly Term. Paid access shall remain available until then, and the Company shall confirm cancellation. No additional Monthly Term is required as notice.

11.2. A Consumer may cancel the initial paid subscription within 14 days after entering that paid agreement, including where access has commenced. The Company shall end paid access and refund the subscription and hosting Fees for that initial period and associated additional Token charges without deduction. This contractual protection does not restart on an ordinary monthly renewal and does not reduce any statutory cancellation or renewal right.

11.3. To exercise the cancellation right in Clause 11.2, the Consumer shall send a clear statement through the Account or to info@amfg.ai before the period expires. The optional model form at the end of this Agreement may be used. Refunds shall be made within 14 days after receipt of the notice, by the original payment method and without a refund fee. Downloading or using the Plugin does not waive this protection.

11.4. Either party may terminate for a material breach which is not remedied within 14 days after written notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied or continued performance would be unlawful. The Company may take proportionate immediate steps to address a security threat or unlawful use, and shall explain the restriction and restore access when resolved unless law or security considerations prevent disclosure.

11.5. The Company may discontinue a Free Account or the Services on at least 30 days’ notice. Where paid Services are ended by the Company for convenience, unused prepaid subscription and hosting Fees shall be refunded proportionately. Mandatory remedies for the Company’s breach are unaffected.

11.6. The Client may close the Account at any time. Closure ends access and does not create a refund entitlement beyond this Agreement or applicable law. Properly incurred unpaid Fees remain payable. The Company shall provide a reasonable opportunity to export available Client Data before scheduled closure, subject to lawful and proportionate restrictions.

11.7. On expiry or termination, the licence to use the Services ends. Return, retention and deletion of personal data shall follow the Personal Data Processing Agreement. Confidentiality, accrued rights and obligations, and provisions intended to survive shall continue in force.

12. Confidentiality

12.1. Each party shall protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable care and shall use it only for purposes permitted by this Agreement. Confidential information includes non-public CAD designs, manufacturing information and costing data.

12.2. Disclosure shall be limited to persons and approved suppliers who require access for those purposes and are bound by appropriate confidentiality obligations, or to disclosure required by law. Where legally permitted, a party required to disclose confidential information shall notify the other in advance.

12.3. These obligations do not apply to information which the receiving party can demonstrate was lawfully public, already held without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidence. This Clause survives termination.

13. Service Limitations and US GovCloud Hosting

13.1. The Client acknowledges that software may contain defects and security vulnerabilities and may be affected by telecommunications, third-party systems and maintenance. The Company does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. This acknowledgement does not reduce the Company’s express obligations or mandatory Consumer rights.

13.2. Outputs are indicative cost estimates, not binding supplier quotations, guaranteed manufacturing costs, engineering certification or assurances of manufacturability or safety. Actual costs may differ according to supplier, location, material, quantities, tolerances, tooling, setup and process assumptions.

13.3. The Client shall independently verify material inputs, assumptions and Outputs before quoting, purchasing, manufacturing or changing a design or manufacturing process. The Client remains responsible for its decisions and commitments to third parties. No particular saving, margin or accuracy level is guaranteed, subject to the Company’s express obligations and mandatory law.

13.4. Where selected in the Order, the covered Kurf environment shall be hosted on the Company’s US GovCloud server. The Company shall confirm activation and coverage before the Client relies on that arrangement. Purchase of the add-on does not retrospectively relocate existing data.

13.5. US GovCloud hosting does not, of itself, certify the Client or establish compliance with CMMC, ITAR or other regulatory requirements. The Client shall not upload export-controlled or otherwise restricted data unless the Company has first confirmed in writing that the selected environment and agreed access arrangements support the relevant requirements.

13.6. The Client shall not include controlled technical data in support tickets, email, screenshots or attachments unless a suitable support channel and access arrangement have been expressly agreed in writing. Selection of US GovCloud hosting does not, by itself, authorise access by support personnel to restricted data.

14. Limitations and Exclusions of Liability

14.1. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14.2. Subject to Clause 14.1, for Business Clients only, neither party shall be liable to the other for loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, production, use, business opportunities, or loss or corruption of data, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from this Agreement.

14.3. Subject to Clause 14.1, for Business Clients only, each party’s aggregate liability arising from this Agreement in any 12-month period shall not exceed the higher of US$100 and the Fees paid or payable during the 12 months preceding the first event giving rise to the claim. The Client’s obligation to pay properly incurred Fees is not reduced by this limitation.

14.4. Clauses 14.2 and 14.3 and the indemnity in Clause 16 do not apply to Consumers. The Company shall be responsible for foreseeable loss caused by its breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. Mandatory remedies for damage to devices or digital content remain available.

14.5. The limitations in this Clause apply to contractual, tortious and statutory claims to the extent permitted by law. Nothing restricts the rights of data subjects or the powers of regulators under Data Protection Laws.

15. Notices

15.1. Notices, cancellations and complaints to the Company may be sent to info@amfg.ai or to the registered office stated above. The Company may send notices to the Client’s registered Account email address. The Client shall keep that address current.

15.2. An email notice shall be treated as received when it reaches the recipient’s email system, provided that the sender receives no failure notification. A cancellation submitted through the Account shall be effective when submitted. The Company shall acknowledge cancellation in a form the Client can retain. These provisions do not restrict any mandatory method or timing of notice.

16. Indemnity

16.1. For Business Clients only, the Client shall indemnify the Company against reasonable losses, damages and legal costs arising from a third-party claim caused by unlawful Client Data, infringement of third-party rights in that data, or the Client’s material breach of Clause 3 or 5.

16.2. The Company shall notify the Client promptly of the claim, allow reasonable participation in its defence and not agree a settlement imposing obligations on the Client without the Client’s consent. This indemnity excludes loss caused by the Company’s own breach or negligence and is subject to Clause 14.

17. Third Party Rights

17.1. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, a person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce its terms.

18. Force Majeure

18.1. Neither party shall be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including widespread power or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, war or governmental restrictions. The affected party shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect and resume performance. Mandatory Consumer rights and refunds for Services which the Company permanently discontinues remain unaffected.

19. Amendment and Waiver

19.1. The Company may amend this Agreement for legal, security or operational reasons on at least 30 days’ notice of a material change. The Client may cancel before the change takes effect. Shorter notice may be given only where necessary to comply with law or address an urgent security issue. Fresh consent shall be obtained where required by law.

19.2. If a change materially reduces paid functionality during a prepaid period, the Client may terminate the affected Services and obtain a proportionate refund of unused prepaid Fees. Changes to Fees and Token metering shall follow Clause 8.11. No amendment shall retrospectively remove an accrued right.

19.3. Failure or delay to enforce a right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or of a subsequent breach. A separately negotiated variation shall be recorded in writing by authorised representatives of both parties.

20. Relationship of the Parties

20.1. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency or fiduciary relationship between the parties. Neither party may bind the other except as expressly authorised.

21. Assignment

21.1. Neither party may assign this Agreement without the other’s written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Company may transfer this Agreement as part of a genuine reorganisation or transfer of the relevant business, provided that the transferee assumes its obligations and the Client’s rights are not reduced. The Company shall notify the Client; a Consumer may cancel if the transfer materially prejudices that Consumer’s rights.

22. Severance

22.1. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect, without depriving a Consumer of mandatory protection.

23. Law and Jurisdiction

23.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. For Business Clients, disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

23.2. A Consumer retains the protection of mandatory laws applicable in the country of habitual residence and any mandatory right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in this Clause deprives a Consumer of those rights.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT

This Annex forms part of the Kurf Subscription Agreement and applies where Autonomous Manufacturing Ltd (the “Provider”) processes personal data on behalf of the Client (the “Customer”). It takes precedence over conflicting terms concerning that processing.

1. Introduction

1.1. The Customer acts as controller and the Provider as processor. If the Customer is itself a processor, it warrants that it is authorised to appoint the Provider as subprocessor and to give the instructions in this Annex. The relevant obligations shall apply accordingly.

1.2. This Annex constitutes the parties’ agreement for the purposes of Article 28 of the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR. Processing for which the Provider acts as an independent controller shall be described in the separate privacy notice provided at registration.

2. Scope and Instructions

2.1. The subject matter and purpose of processing are the provision of Kurf, including account access, CAD-based cost calculation, technical support, security, backup, export and deletion. Processing includes receipt, storage, organisation, access, computation, transmission and erasure. It continues for the term of the Services and the return or deletion period in Section 8.

2.2. Data subjects include Authorised Users, Customer personnel and persons identified in uploaded files or associated metadata. Personal data may include names, business contact details, user identifiers, device and usage metadata, and personal data incidentally contained in CAD files or calculation inputs. Special-category data is not required for the Services and shall not be submitted without prior written agreement.

2.3. The Provider shall process personal data only on documented instructions in the Agreement or subsequently agreed in writing, including instructions concerning transfers, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where permitted, it shall inform the Customer of that legal requirement before processing. The Provider shall immediately inform the Customer if an instruction appears to infringe Data Protection Laws.

2.4. The Customer shall establish a lawful basis for processing, provide required notices and ensure that its instructions are lawful. The Provider shall not use personal data processed on the Customer’s behalf for the Provider’s own research, development, testing or model training.

3. Subprocessors

3.1. The Provider shall disclose the identity, purpose and processing locations of the subprocessors used for the Customer’s Services before those subprocessors begin processing. The Customer grants general written authorisation for the subprocessors identified to it before acceptance of the Agreement. That authorisation does not permit processing outside the agreed hosting arrangement or waive Section 5.

3.2. The Provider shall give at least 30 days’ notice of any intended addition or replacement, allowing the Customer to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. The parties shall seek a reasonable solution. If none is available, either party may terminate the affected Services and the Provider shall refund unused prepaid Fees for them.

3.3. The Provider shall impose equivalent data-protection obligations on each subprocessor by written contract and shall remain responsible to the Customer for the subprocessor’s performance of those obligations.

4. Security and Assistance

4.1. The Provider shall ensure that persons authorised to process personal data are bound by confidentiality duties. It shall maintain technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks, including access controls, protection of data during transmission and storage, and measures for resilience, backup, recovery and regular evaluation of security.

4.2. Taking account of the processing and information available to it, the Provider shall assist the Customer with data-subject requests, security obligations, breach reporting, impact assessments and consultation with supervisory authorities. Relevant requests received by the Provider shall be forwarded without undue delay; the Provider shall not respond on the Customer’s behalf without instructions unless legally required.

5. International Processing

5.1. Unless the Customer expressly authorises otherwise in the agreed hosting arrangement or separately in writing, the Provider shall not store, access or otherwise process the Customer’s personal data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.

5.2. Where the Customer selects US GovCloud hosting, the Customer authorises hosting of the covered environment in the United States. This contractual authorisation is not, by itself, a lawful transfer mechanism. Before any restricted transfer, the Provider shall implement the safeguards required by Data Protection Laws, including applicable standard contractual clauses, the UK addendum or another valid mechanism, together with any necessary supplementary measures.

5.3. Any processing by overseas support personnel or subprocessors is subject to the same requirements. A worldwide intellectual property licence does not override this Section.

6. Audit and Compliance

6.1. The Provider shall make available information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance with this Annex and shall allow and contribute to audits, including inspections, by the Customer or its mandated auditor. Audits shall ordinarily be on at least 14 days’ notice and no more than annually, except where a security incident, reasonable evidence of non-compliance or a legal requirement justifies additional or earlier inspection.

6.2. Audits shall protect other customers’ information and avoid unnecessary disruption. The Provider shall remedy identified non-compliance without undue delay. Each party shall bear its own ordinary audit costs; reasonable additional audit costs caused by the Provider’s material breach shall be borne by the Provider.

7. Personal Data Breaches

7.1. The Provider shall notify the Customer without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting the Customer’s data. The notification shall describe, as information becomes available, the nature of the breach, affected data and data subjects, likely consequences, remedial measures and a contact point.

7.2. The Provider shall investigate, contain and mitigate the breach, document its response, supply material updates and reasonably assist the Customer in meeting notification and other legal obligations.

8. Return and Deletion

8.1. At the end of processing, the Provider shall, at the Customer’s choice, return or delete the personal data and delete existing copies unless law requires retention. If no instruction is received within one month after termination, the Provider shall request instructions and retain the data securely for no longer than six months after termination solely to permit return or deletion, after which it shall delete it.

8.2. Copies in backups shall remain isolated from ordinary use and shall be deleted within the same six-month outer period, unless a longer period is required by law. Data retained under a legal obligation shall be restricted to that purpose and deleted when the obligation ends. The Provider shall confirm completion of deletion on request.

8.3. Confidentiality, security and applicable data-protection duties continue for as long as personal data is retained. Nothing in the main Agreement restricts the rights of data subjects or the Provider’s mandatory obligations under Data Protection Laws.
