London, March, 2026: AMFG is thrilled to announce a partnership with CNC Solutions to reduce quoting times by 50%, allowing engineers more time on the shop floor.
Based in Paiania, Greece, CNC Solutions was founded by Panos Gounas and Enezlis Konstantinos in 2003. CNC Solutions is an advanced, ISO-certified machine shop that offers a range of services, including CNC machining, research and development, additive manufacturing, quality control, and more. Over the last 23 years, they have developed a reputation for technical excellence and strong customer service. Their CNC Training Center is the first Haas Technical Education Center (HTEC) in Greece, and provides comprehensive technical CNC training for students of all backgrounds.
As a busy shop with high standards of accuracy and precision, the engineers at CNC Solutions found they were spending huge amounts of time completing quotes, sometimes up to eight hours a day. With complex quotes sometimes containing more than 20 drawings, it could take over a week to respond to a quote. To speed up their response time, CNC Solutions began looking for automation software to help, and chose AMFG.
CNC Solutions began working with AMFG’s estimating and quoting software, to cut their quoting time without compromising on accuracy. Customised to fit CNC Solutions own costing logic, AMFG is built specifically for mid-to-high level complexity parts and can complete an accurate estimate in under 90 seconds. Engineers at CNC Solutions can now simply upload a CAD file, select the required parameters, and watch as AMFG completes a quote based on their own costing requirements.
Since partnering with AMFG, CNC Solutions has cut their quoting time by 50%, allowing them to complete their quoting in four hours and freeing up the rest of the day.
Panos Gounas, co-founder of CNC Solutions, remarked “We estimate roughly 60 parts a week, so reducing the time spent on quoting has helped us massively and the team is very pleased with how AMFG is working.”
The engineers at CNC Solutions now have more time to work on the shop floor, allowing them to respond to customers faster than ever without sacrificing accuracy or increasing their workload.
The Head of Machine Shops at AMFG, Henry Morris, commented on the partnership, “We’re delighted to see how well CNC Solutions are working with AMFG’s software, and look forward to supporting them for many years to come.”
