London, November, 2025: We are excited to announce that AMFG has officially partnered with PFS Contract Manufacturing to cut quoting times for high complexity parts.

Headquartered in Rhode Island, with facilities across the Unities States, PFS was founded in 1983 by Dezsoe Halmi, and are renowned for their dedication to accuracy and reliability. Their ITAR compliant Contract Manufacturing division operates a full-service machining facility with capabilities across CNC milling, turning, wire-EDM, and fabrication, manufacturing parts up to 86”. From prototypes to large production runs, PFS produce best-in-class precision machined parts for a wide variety of industries including Oil and Gas, Industrial, Medical, Aerospace, and Construction.

Prior to working with AMFG Sylvester Ledo, Director of Contract Manufacturing at PFS, would spend a significant proportion of his time, morning and evening, quoting and estimating in order to maintain PFS’ high standards. A trained engineer, Sylvester wanted to spend less time focusing on quotes, and more time on the shop floor, but wasn’t sure where to start.

While attending the Manufacturing Technology Series East (EASTEC) Sylvester came across AMFG, and began exploring how their quoting and estimating software could help him regain control of his time. PFS’s extensive capabilities meant Sylvester required software that was not only fast, accurate, and reliable, but also ITAR compliant, intuitive, and accurate for mid-to-high complexity parts. AMFG ticked all the boxes, and a partnership was born.

Sylvester explained, “AMFG presented the perfect solution. I can now complete the same amount of quoting and estimating in half the time, with a consistently high level of accuracy and reliability.”

With AMFG’s estimating and quoting tool, Sylvester and his team can complete accurate estimates on complex parts in under two minutes, enabling them to extend a final quote to the customer within 24 hours. Since partnering with AMFG, PFS have been able to consistently quote complex parts accurately and quickly, letting Sylvester get back to the shop floor.
